Write to Willow Harbor Stone
Ask about a free first conversation, request a quote, or simply find out whether we are the right kind of help. We reply to every message by email.
Send a Message
Share as much or as little as you like. We would rather hear about your situation in your own words than in a long questionnaire. If you have heard nothing after a few business days, please write again or call.
Contact Details
Calls and visits are by appointment. Please write first and we will agree a time. The first conversation is free of charge.
What Happens Next
We read your message and reply by email to suggest a time for the first conversation. That conversation is free and carries no obligation. If you would like further sessions, we send a written quote in yen, tax-inclusive, before anything is agreed. Nothing is booked or charged through this website.
Before You Write
Please keep identity numbers, account numbers and medical details out of the form. In an emergency or after a death, contact the emergency services (119), your doctor or the local municipal office; this is not an emergency service.
What You Can Ask Us
People usually write to us with one of three questions. The first is practical: where do I start? We can suggest an order in which to gather your records and wishes. The second concerns other people: how do I raise this with my parents, my spouse or my children without it turning into an argument? We can talk through ways to open the subject and, if you wish, take part in the conversation. The third is about boundaries: do I need a lawyer, a notary or a tax accountant for this? We can tell you which kind of professional deals with which step, and help you write down the questions to take to them.

What we cannot do is just as important. We do not give legal, tax or medical advice, we do not draft wills, we do not arrange funerals and we do not keep your documents. Our Planning Guide shows where those steps belong, and the Disclaimer sets out the limits of this service.
